You may have already noticed in the title: It’s me, Alex! Normally I find myself freezing behind the camera when it’s cold outside but this time, I am the one presenting the outfit. We thought, why not, it will be fun for sure!
I have bought vegan clothes only for nearly two years. Fair fashion is preferred for a pretty long time as well. I just think it is important to do the right things, not the easy things, but the right. I truly believe it is most important to start with yourself if you want to change something. This is exactly what I did.
Long story short: Here’s the outfit. I linked what I wear at the end of this post with fair alternatives. The outfit you can see here is all vegan and some pieces are even fair produced.
I would have never thought Save the Duck will win so big with their jackets, but they did. I combined it with a green pullover, fair produced by one of my very favourite fair fashion labels ARMEDANGELS. The two go very well together with this white shirt by Knowledge Cotton Apparel. I think you can never have enough white shirts. Never.
You do not need to be an expert in order to figure out that you can wear jeans for most occasions. At this time, there is more than enough very cool fair produced pieces that will not allow everybody to know you are a true fair fashion lover.
The best alternative for my old converse shoes can be found at Ethletics. I will wear my All Stars until they quit their job before getting this very nice model available at Avesu! Last but not least: The bag. Matt & Nat is an established label that has existed for 20 years. This weekender will carry you a long way. Trust me, you will never be underdressed with this one.
A very kind S/O goes out to Justine who took this pictures: well done. I wish you all the best for January and we will read us in February again. Cheers.
