Yummmmmy, this cake is literally heaven on earth! Super healthy and super succulent! You need to try this. It’s definitely my favorite chocolate treat.
Ingredients for 9 muffins/mini ring cakes:
400g soft dates
5 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
5 tablespoons coconut oil
150g ground almonds
90g chickpea flour
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Blend all the ingredients and put it in the baking pans (apply baking paper or grease well). Put it into the oven for 60 minutes. Let them cool down and enjoy them with some banana-vanilla icecream or fresh fruits. However you could also eat them just as they are because they taste so, so good!
Info: I have used small baking pans so I don’t know exactly how long the cakes will need to be in the oven before they are ready to eat. I guess it will take longer with one big baking pan.
