I created a fluffy and creamy peanut-pudding for you. I sweetened it with dates and combined it with delicious coconut yoghurt by The Coconut Collaborative. It’s definitely a Must-Try!!
Ingredients for four servings:
6 heaped tablespoons peanut butter
half a ripe (!) avocado
140ml almond milk
coconut yoghurt, espresso and fresh fruits
1. Blend all the ingredients for the pudding until it’s smooth.
2. Serve it with coconut yoghurt and maybe espresso or fresh fruits.
