Healthy Nougat-coco-berry-tartes

This is definitely a must-try recipe. It’s a nougat-coco-berry dream tarte and the best about it: It is super healthy!

Ingredients for 10-12 tartes:

Ingredients for the tartes:
400g dates
400g apple puree
5 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
80g chickpea flour
150g ground hazelnuts
5 tablespoons coconut oil
a handfull cacao nibs

For the nougat creme:
2-3 heaped tablespoons nut butter
one tablespoon cacao powder
a little bit sweetener of your choice

Everything else you need:
fruits of your choice
200g coconut yoghurt

Instructions:

Mix the dates with the apple puree until you have a smooth mass. Add all the other ingredients for the dough and mix it again. Now add the cocoa nibs. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Fill the dough into the tarte-baking pans. Do not forget to use a little bit of fat before to be able to take the tastes out later. Put the tartes in the oven for 50 minutes, cover them with aluminium foil. Now take them out and let them cool down for a while. Now mix the ingredients of the nougat creme. Now put the creme on your tartes, top it with the yoghurt and the berries. Enjoy!
