I intended to upload this post as a recipe for healthy, awesome tasting ice cream. But Alex changed the game. After shooting this he had ice cream in his right hand at least once a day for a whole week. In fact, that’s the magic of Popsicle-ice-cream That’s why this is not a recipe for ice cream, it’s a recipe for an entire week of chilled out summer nights with ice cream. Enjoy!
Ingredients for 9-10 Popsicles:
300ml canned coconut milk
6 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
a handful dates
to decorate: sugarfree chocolate, nuts, whatever you like!
Puree all the ingredients and fill them in the popsicle forms. Put them in the freezer. After twenty minutes: Stick the wooden stick into the Popsicles. Let them in the freezer for about two hours. Take them out and decorate them! Enjoy 🙂
