What about an amazing summer drink? You just found it. Delicious and super healthy as always. No sugar, no soy: That’s my iced vanilla coffee! The vanilla-taste was so delicious because I used fresh vanilla. What do you need to add now? Some coffee of course 🙂 I used one cup of coffee. Mix it all up. It should be very cold to be the perfect refresher on sunny days. Add some ice and enjoy right away! Pretty cool 😉
Ingredients for two serves:
500ml milk
200g dates
one espresso
vanilla from 2-3 vanillapods
ice cubes
Instructions:
Mix all the ingredients together until they are what you would call an iced coffee! Add some ice cubes and enjoy!
