The ultimate vegan chocolate ice cream

Dungarees have been one of my big loves for a while now. Just put it on and you have completed an entire outfit. But this post is not about overalls 😉

What it is about is this delicious chocolate ice cream, very healthy, without refined sugar of course (as always)! You can definitely prepare this without the ice cream maker as well. 

PS: I know there were a lot of ice cream recipes in the last weeks. This might be the last one for this year. It’s just the time of the year for ice cream 🙂

Ingredients for two huuuge serves:
300ml canned coconut milk
3 bananas
3 tablespoons nut butter of your choice
two handful of dates
7 heaped tablespoons of cacao powder

Instructions with ice cream machine:
Puree all the ingredients. Put them in the ice cream machine and wait for about 30-40 minutes. Yuuuuummmmy!

Instructions without ice cream machine:
Put the bananas in the freezer for about one hour. Take it out and blend it with all the other ingredients. Put it into a box in the freezer again, stir from time to time and check the texture. Blend it again and serve it immediatly!
